Knitted Sampler Afghan

Ever since I was pregnant with my daughter and took up knitting, I've always had a knitting project to work on. Just recently I finished a project that took me almost a year to finish (mostly because I put it on hold for about 5 months because of finishing my Masters). This knitted afghan is made up of twenty-five squares and five different stitches (Garter Ridge, Seed Stitch, Double Moss Stitch, Basketweave and Reversible Cable). This pattern came from Classic Elite Quick Knits: 100 Fabulous Patterns for Wraps, Socks, Hats, and More, Cozy Blanket. It was supposed to be done in one color but I thought that it would be more interesting in five different colors.

I'm very happy with how it came out and glad to move on to another project.
