House Renovation Week 31 & 32: So Many Rooms Painted

Last week saw the completion of the tile and five, yes five rooms completely painted. All we have left is the stair well and the kitchen, the end is in sight.

WEEK 31

Monday

This day saw the painting of the living and dining room, this took all day but was so rewarding.

Tuesday

The tile guys finished laying all the tile, all that is left to do is grout.

Wednesday - Took a break.

Thursday - Painted trim.

Friday - More trim.

Saturday

Painted the Entry Way and the Office/Guest Room. 

Sunday

Painted the Master Bedroom and scaled the ladder to paint the big window.



WEEK 32

Monday - Saturday

This week was spent painting the stairs, including the risers, baseboards, trim, balusters and posts.

Sunday

Painted the stairwell, only the kitchen left!!

House Renovation Weeks 29 & 30: Paint and Tile

So much painting! These past two weeks saw hours upon hours of painting, sanding, etc... We also saw the tile start to be installed, very close to three of the rooms being complete. Here is what happened over the past two weeks.

Week 29:

TUESDAY

Tile guys were there and did some prep work to start laying tile.

WEDNESDAY

First tile down in the girls bathroom.

THURSDAY

One girl's room finished, more tile in the girl's bathroom and tile started in master bathroom.

FRIDAY

More tile in the upstairs bathrooms and the other girl's room finished.

SATURDAY

More tile in girl's bathroom and downstairs bathroom started.

We also spend a lot of time during this week priming, painting ceilings and trim.

Week 30

TUESDAY

The plaster guys came back and finished what they had to do, attic ceiling and basement stairs. More tile was laid in the master and girl's bathrooms.

We spent many hours this week painting trim.
